This course will cover the basics of making chocolate from your own kitchen using high quality pre-tempered chocolate.

In this course you will learn

  • How to choose your format of chocolate
  • 2 different forms of tempering chocolate- Seeding and Tabling
  • How to create chocolate bars and bonbons
  • Fillings for your bonbons (ganaches and caramels)
  • Making your own extracts at home for use in your fillings and chocolate
  • Flavour matching and how to create new and exciting flavours



Note that signing up for your school will add students to your Users list, but they will still need to enroll in specific courses and coaching products of their choice to access your content.

Hi, I’m Sarah Chickee

I'm a Mom of 2, a chef, pastry chef and chocolatier. I've been in the food industry for 20 years, and only 8yrs ago, I started my own online chocolate shop. I haven't seen huge success in that yet, as my kids came along, and anyone who's ever had small kids knows, you can't get it all done. I'd rather raise amazing humans than have a stupendous career.
So, as I'm basically a Stay At Home Mom (SAHM) right now, and trying to set things up so that when my kiddos are more self sufficient, I can jump 2 feet fully into this biz.


I love teaching things on my terms, just ask my husband, and I'm happy to teach you my laid back method to making chocolates at home, so you can impress your friends and family.
