Sarah Chickee is the owner and founder of Les Chocolates de Chickee, and more recently, a Stay At Home Mompreneur, and founder of Le Club MomBoss- an online directory for Canadian Mom-owned businesses.

She's had her online chocolate boutique for approximately 8 years, managing it as a side hustle, working on it here and there as she navigated a part time job as a chef and children.

After the birth of her 2nd son, just as she was ending maternity leave, the world hit a standstill with the pandemic.

She lost her job and needed to be home with the kids while everyone waited for things to open up again. She used that time to decide what her next steps in the business were going to be. This course was borne from the idea that maybe others, like her, appreciate the fine art of making chocolate, but don't want to go to pastry school to learn it.
